Diploma in Medication Management & Professional Practice (SIFE-Aligned) The Diploma in Medication Management & Professional Practice is an enhanced, approved training and reflective practice programme delivered by Osa First Care. The programme is designed to meet the diverse needs of healthcare professionals while providing ethical, evidence-based support for SIFE and employment progression. This programme does not replace employment supervision. Instead, it provides structured learning, assessed reflective evidence, and professional development records that can legitimately support SIFE and recruitment processes. Programme Purpose The programme aims to: Strengthen safe medication management across care settings Build professional confidence, accountability, and trust Provide structured reflective evidence aligned with UK professional standards Support international nurses and return-to-practice professionals Prepare learners for SIFE, interviews, and employment progression ethically and transparently Who the Programme Is For This programme is open to: Registered Nurses (UK-trained and internationally trained) International nurses transitioning into UK practice Healthcare assistants and clinical support staff involved in medication processes Agency and permanent staff seeking CPD or confidence-building Return-to-practice professionals Overseas professionals preparing for UK roles Osa First Care professionals with a minimum of 120 hours (3 months) of clinical exposure The programme is inclusive and adaptable, recognising different professional backgrounds while maintaining consistent standards.
