Individuals aged 18 and over seeking a career in healthcare Newly qualified UK graduates requiring job readiness support International healthcare professionals preparing for UK employment Career changers entering health and social care Candidates needing CV development, interview preparation, and professional references Aim of the Programme The aim of this programme is to equip participants with essential healthcare competencies, structured employment support, and recognised training opportunities to enhance job readiness. Participation is available upon full programme enrolment. Participants may receive access to up to two professional references per year, subject to completion requirements and engagement with the programme.
