Healthcare job induction and Certification

The OFC College Induction and healthcare certification program is a work-based training and certification program, perfect for anyone who has not work in the healthcare before or looking to work in the NHS or healthcare sector. We assist you in finding a job, train you, and provide interview coaching to help you feel confident about applying for a healthcare job in the UK. There is usually a two to four week course, with theory in working in healthcare, or international students can enrol in a work-based training program. We advise all international students to take the Auxiliary Nursing program on clinical practice in healthcare. The course will provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge to work in a healthcare setting, including the fundamentals of patient care, anatomy and physiology, and medical terminology. The work-based training program will allow them to gain hands-on experience in a healthcare setting, allowing them to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting.
