UK Training College and Fake Visa application by some group of family in the UK has been discovered

The OFC College UK is no longer accepting applications from Nigeria agents, or individual referers; instead, students must apply directly to the program of their choice or apply either through a registered organization or government institution.

This is to ensure that students are getting the best advice and support when selecting a program, as well as to ensure that the application process is secure and transparent.

For instance, the OFC College UK only accepts applications from registered organizations or government institutions that have been approved to refer students.

The reasons for this change are due to a large number of complaints from healthcare training institutions in the UK, and those who are exploiting UK training organisation courses to exploit student visas and offer unapproved refunds for work-based education, after a fake visa application, and some student family in the UK sponsor is discovered as fake, with the intent to invite their family to attend local training institute and college.

The UK training organisations have become increasingly concerned about the potential for fraudulent activity related to student visas, and are now cracking down on any programs that do not meet their stringent requirements for quality education. OFC College are also ensuring that any refunds within their company policy are approved by the government organisation ( by the court, with full details of all sponsors or agents), and that any work-based education is properly monitored.

A full list of family names and fake agents will be published soon by the OFC College

This is to ensure that the process is transparent and that no one is taking advantage of the system and individual will no longer use this root to exploit training colleges or UK work-based programs. It also helps to ensure that all funds are being used properly and that students are receiving quality education.
